GW 444 Soy Wax is soy blended with additives that are Kosher and FDA approved, which is designed to reduce frosting, increase fragrance load, and to boost both hot and cold throw. In addition, this wax has a higher melting point than some other soy waxes, which is helpful in warmer climates or for shipping to warmer climates. This is a single-pour wax. Zinc core wicks are not recommended for soy wax.
 
This wax was formerly marked as "Golden Wax" or "GW" but is now marked with "Akosoy" following the transition of the company from Golden Brands to AAK. This wax formulation has not changed.   

GW 444 Soy Wax may be combined with other waxes to achieve the desired result or a custom blend. 
 
For best results, we recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving this product before using.  This will allow the wax to adjust to any differences in temperature and humidity and will help minimize flaws in your finished products.
 
• Recommended pouring temperature is between 125-150° F.
• Melt Point is 120-125° F.
• Max Fragrance oil load: 10-12%.
