Simmer lids for 5-10 minutes to soften and prepare liner for canning. Pour HOT contents into the pre-heated jar and cap quickly with prepared hot lid. When the lid is placed on the jar, the softened plastisol liner will begin to form itself to the top of the jarbeginning the seal.  As the contents cool, a vacuum seal is created.
